What is their return policy?

Think Goodness is committed to providing you with high quality products. If your order is missing items or contains damaged items, you can report and receive a replacement within 30 days from the date of shipment. If your order contains a product with a manufacturing defect, or if you have any dissatisfaction with the product, you may request a refund or replacement within 90 days from the date of shipment. Items reported within 30 days may be returned to the card on file. Orders reported after this time will be refunded via store credit.

How soon will I receive my refund?

All claims must be made within 90 days of purchase. After receiving your claim, they will review your request and email you directly with a resolution within 7-10 business days. If you need to return the item to their warehouse, your refund or credit will not be issued until Think Goodness has received the item.

What is their shipping policy?

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after credit card authorization and verification. Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. The shipping method selected may vary depending on the final destination. During high-volume seasons such as Halloween, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas, processing times may be extended. Think Goodness currently only ships internationally to Canada. Standard and expedited international shipping methods apply. All international orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Not yet but they plan to – check back in over the holidays!
