What should I do with damaged products?

• Please note that there is tolerance space in all perfume bottles (possibly between 3 and 5%) to ensure that they comply with the guidelines when transporting perfume. These vials are considered full and still contain 120 perfume spray promises.

• If any item in your order is damaged or leaked in transit, please contact their Customer Experience Team within 30 days of delivery to help you find the best solution.

• To expedite the replacement process, please attach pictures of any damage or leakage problems.

Can I get the tracking information of my order?

• They know how excited you are about the arrival of your order, so they will send you an email to inform you when your goods arrive!

• If you can't find a shipping notification email, you can access your tracking details here or by clicking the Account icon in Order Tracking and History in the lower-right corner. 

• If your order has been shipped, your tracking link can be viewed by clicking "Track It" in the upper right corner of the corresponding month order.

• Tracking information is usually available within five business days of billing. 

• You can view your billing date on their site by navigating to the Manage Subscriptions page or by clicking the Account icon at the bottom right.

What is the return policy?

• They are happy to offer returns on unused full-size fragrances and gift sets. Once your order is delivered to you, you have 15 days to return your item(s) in their original, unopened condition for store credit towards any purchase on the Scentbird site.

• If you’d like to make a return, please contact us to obtain an RMA number. It may take up to 14 business days to process your return and credit your account. They will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

• They do not accept returns on one-time purchase fragrance vials.
