What is Bath & Unwind Return Policy? 

• Changed your mind? No problem - unused items can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase. As long as they receive the returned item unopened and in a re-sellable condition Bath & Unwind can offer you a full refund.

• It is a good idea to obtain proof of postage when you send your item, just in case. They will refund your purchase within 1-3 working days of receiving the goods. If you are making a return from outside of the EU it is important to mark all returns as returned goods failed sale. This must be clearly marked on the customs information document (CN22 or CN23 which is supplied by your local post office) on the outside of the packaging.

What is Bath & Unwind Shipping Policy?

• In USA & Canada Standard (Untracked), the speed is 12-16 working days (+ up to 8 days delay), the cost is FREE on all orders. In USA & Canada DHL Express, the speed is 1-3 working days, the cost is $18, $9 on orders over $120, $4 on orders over $200. In Global Standard, the speed is 12-16 working days (+ up to 8 days delay), the cost is $4.50(FREE on orders over $25). In Global DHL Express, the speed is 3-6 working days, the cost is $25, $15 on orders over $120, $7 on orders over $200.

• Whilst some delays are expected, thier carries are still doing their utmost to meet their timescales. For faster delivery with tracking, select DHL Express, which whilst is a little more expensive, is experiencing no service delays. 

• If your parcel is slightly delayed, please allow an additional 7 working days for it to be delivered, they're confident your order will arrive safely, it's just likely to be a little later than usual.

• The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) collects provincial sales taxes (PST) and harmonized sales taxes (HST) according to the province of residence on most taxable imported goods valued at over CAN$20. These Taxes/Duties are normally charged on delivery and so you will either need to pay at the point of delivery at your doorstep or be sent a link to pay online. If you live in the following areas: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario or British Columbia you will be subject to HST.
