What is warranty policy?
A proof of purchase (an itemised dated receipt) is essential for warranty service.
Only items sold by authorised Hot Octopuss retailers will be covered under warranty, items bought from eBay or Amazon are not covered. They recommend contacting the third party for a replacement as it can save you a lot of time!
Warranty claims are for exchanges only, not refunds.
Items returned must be accompanied by an Hot Octopuss RA form. Items returned without RA documentation from Hot Octopuss customer support will be disposed of and no claim will be processed.
Can I get a refund because my toy is faulty?
Faulty items will be exchanged for a working item, refunds are not available.
Do I have to pay customs, duties, and taxes on my delivery?
Please note that orders outside of the United States, United Kingdom and Australia may be subject to certain import customs, duties, and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the prices and shipping costs listed on hotoctopuss.com.

If I return my product, what do I need to send back?
Ideally everything (toy, gift box, travel pouch, remote, charging cable etc…), however, if you no longer have these, returning just the toy will suffice.
What if I have a problem with my product, but it falls outside of the warranty period?
They will try to troubleshoot with you, however they will not be able to replace the item.
