What is the status of my order?

• Once your payment has been processed and received, you will get a confirmation email from them. If you have chosen .PDF only version, you will automatically receive the PDF (5 min) after receiving the payment. 

• If you have chosen a physical Gift Package, you will receive 2 emails – first will confirm your order has been received, second will confirm that goods have been shipped to your delivery address where if appropriate, you will also receive a tracking number.

How long is my star name valid?

• The registration is valid until the end of the world – it is timeless. 

• However, you might be willing to change the name of the star at some point, which can be done on demand by You, where the registration information would be amended.

What methods of payment do you accept?

• Star Certificate accepts most of the payment methods frequently used worldwide – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer- in this case. 

• You will have to contact them directly to issue an invoice, which you would be required to pay for them to process the order (this method can take various days depending on the procedure of transferring payments between banks). 

• An important note here is that they do not accept payments on delivery either with a card or cash – all orders must be prepaid online.

• If you have chosen the .PDF Only version, you will receive the same two e-mails as before - an invoice and order confirmation e-mail. The only difference is that you will receive your Order ID, which will help you access your .PDF Only version certificate. 

How can I cancel my order and get a refund?

What can I learn about return policy?

The customer has legal rights to receive a full refund within 7 days after the order has been approved as canceled.Refunded money will be transferred back to the same payment account from which the payment was initially received.
