Are there any exceptions for returns?

Yes, swimwear, bras, underwear and other similar items are not eligible for return or exchange in accordance with certain health, safety and hygiene guidelines. Some clearance items are for final sale only and are marked "non-returnable". Additionally, some items may have warranty limitations imposed by the manufacturer. In this case, they will give you specific instructions on how to handle the return/repair. For convenience, product eligibility is listed in the Returns section of each product information page.

What is their return policy?

NOTE: Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging and bearing all original product labels. Please do not return shoes without the original shoe box. Put the original shoe box in the shipping box to avoid damage.

What is their shipping policy?

Clymb has different shipping rates depending on the weight of each item in your order. For oversized or heavy items, additional oversized charges may apply. These charges will appear at checkout before your transaction is complete. Clymb now offers international shipping to nearly 60 countries. Shipping costs vary by country. Please note that orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and/or VAT. Be sure to check with your country of residence for additional charges that may be assessed at delivery. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order. They will notify you of the latest order status via email. Clymb ships via UPS and USPS. Make sure you use an address that can accept delivery from any of these carriers.

Is it possible to exchange the item for a different size/color/etc?

Some items are available for sale in limited quantities. Therefore, it is unlikely that any additional similar items will be available for exchange. In case the item is still available, consider replacing it with a different size/color. To speed up the exchange, they recommend placing a new order and returning the unwanted item.
