What is iTechDeals Return Policy? 

iTechDeals accepts returns on most items within 14 days of item delivery. If you receive a defective item or if an item arrives DOA you must contact iTechDeals within 5 days after receiving the item. iTechDeals will replace the item for you, if the item is no longer in stock you will receive a full refund. ALL returns are subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from iTechDeals. A return merchandise authorization number can be requested by emailing [email protected] or clicking here. ALL items must be returned in the original box with all packing materials and accessories. Any item which is shipped with a seal from the manufacturer may not be returned if the manufacturer seal is broken. ANY returns that are received not in original box, missing packing materials and/or accessories may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Any signs of wear, tampered item, removal of parts, will result in refusal of your return. A package that is refused by the customer, or undeliverable, shipping fees will be deducted. Original shipping costs will be deducted from all non-defective returns, additionally the customer is responsible for return shipping. The following items are not eligible for return (unless defective): Jewelry, iPads, Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops, Smart Watches.

What is iTechDeals Shipping Policy?

Most orders ship within 3-6 business days and are delivered within 10 to 14 business days. Some orders may take longer. If you feel your order is taking longer than usual or if you have any questions about your order you can contact iTechDeals by clicking here. iTechDeals only ships in the United States.

What's the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?

• A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax.

• A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If iTechDeals can't fix it, iTechDeals will replace it!

How soon will my order ship?

Most orders ship within five business days but some can take longer. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account online.

Are all the items being sold new?

Most items listed on the site are new and in original packaging. Occasionally, iTechDeals will sell refurbished or wholesale packaged items, which allow iTechDeals to offer even greater savings. The item's condition is listed in the "Specs" section of the page.

Can I get an email to notify me when new deals become available?

What if I missed a deal?

Sorry, if you missed the last one, you missed it. All deals are only available for a limited time and once a deal expires it is no longer available.
