What are the service charges and payments?
Availability of services is subject to payment in advance by you when the service fee is due. If you fail to pay when due, your service will be suspended and/or cancelled. By paying, you will be able to use the service for a specified period of time. If your account is suspended for non-payment, it will be suspended for 60 days. If payment is not made within 60 days, it will be cancelled. When your account is cancelled, they will reassign the phone number associated with your account, which may no longer be available to you.
How do returns and refunds work?
If you wish to return your wireless device, you must do so within 14 days of purchase. Returning your item does not automatically cancel your service. To return your item or cancel your service, you must contact the Visible Care Team. You can make an exchange. For an exchange, please return the item in the original box including the device, charger, battery, instruction manual and any other components.
How to return it?
If you would like to return your phone, please log into your Visible account and chat with Care for a prepaid, preaddressed return shipping label. Care will send the label to the email address associated with your visible account. Print the return shipping label and place it on the outside of the shipping carton.
Disable the FMI/Kill switch. This will delete sensitive information from your phone. If you're not sure how to do this, contact them.
Remove the SIM card from the phone.
Pack new items (including phone, charger, battery, instruction manual, etc.) in the original box and shipping box.
Order receipts must accompany all returns. To print, log into your account, access your order history, select a specific order and print a receipt.
