Cricket provides a 7-day return policy for qualifying devices; see details below. If you received your order more than 7 days ago, you may be eligible for a warranty claim.
Start return request. Submit your return request online within 7 days of receiving your order. If you received your order more than 7 days ago, you may be eligible for a warranty claim.
Ship equipment. They will send you a pre-paid label to use when you send your item(s) back to Cricket.
They will inspect your equipment. The inspection will determine refund eligibility.
Refund notification. If your refund is approved, they will notify you by email and credit your original payment method.

The myCricket App lets you make payments, check data, view usage, change your plan, or add features. You can do it all on your smartphone. You can manage your Cricket account on the go with the myCricket app. And you can also get exclusive deals and newest discounts.
What is Quick Pay?
Quick Pay lets you make a payment for a Cricket account securely online without signing into the account.
To use Quick Pay, select Quick Pay from the top navigation. You can pay with a credit, debit, Cricket Refill or Service Payment Card. If you want to pay with multiple cards, you'll need to make separate payments. Quick Pay does not store your payment information for future use.
