How long does it take to receive my first concepts?
All orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST.
The LogoNerds team is not available over the weekend or over any major holidays.
Revisions and finals generally take 2 business days however they can be delivered in 1-3 business days depending on the revision being requested.
Some revisions are less time consuming then others. Complete new redesign requests can take an additional 3-5 business days since the process has to be started all over again.
What are web ready formats?
Web ready formats are generally only used on the internet, on your website, or in web applications. These format files are: jpg, gif and png in 72dpi.
Can they fix or make some small changes to my logo?
If you have an existing logo but find that it is not usable in its current format, or is in need of repair, they will redraw your logo by hand and deliver you a perfect looking logo.
What if I have my own idea for the logo design?
Simply let them know when submitting your details and they will design you concepts using your idea.
On top of that, they will also include a couple of other options that their professional design team comes up with for you to choose from or compare to.
Do they use clip art or pre-made templates?
Absolutely Not! No clip art or amateur DIY software is used when deigning your company logo.
All logos are custom designed using illustrator - the industry standard.
