Do I need a credit card to use my gift card?

You will need to have a primary form of payment added to your account. Your card will not be charged when using a gift card, however, if the value of credits is not enough, you will need to pay the remaining balance for the order with an alternate method of payment.

How do I contact Customer Service?

If you're on their app...

• Select "Orders" on the bottom of the app

• Select the order you'd like assistance with

• Select Help in the upper right hand corner

• Select the issue you're having or choose "Something else" to chat with an agent

How do I add an address?

For customers receiving an error message, we need your address to determine the credit currency.

For Mobile users:

• Tap on Account on the lower right hand side

• Enter your desired address under “search for a new address”

• Confirmation: click on your new address to set it as your primary. Your primary address will have red text.

For Website users:

• Click on the menu icon (3 stacked lines)

• Enter your desired address under “search for a new address”

• Confirmation: click on your new address to set it as your primary address

Why was my order cancelled?

They’re sorry your order was cancelled. Some reasons your order may have been cancelled include:

• The restaurant was unexpectedly closed for an event, emergency or other reason

• An item in your order was unavailable, and “Cancel order if unavailable' was selected

• Courier equipment or vehicle failure

• You will not be charged if your order is cancelled due to a merchant or Dasher issue. 

How do I edit a submitted order?

• If you need to edit an order, you can tap “Help” and select “Make adjustments to this order” if the order has not been confirmed by the restaurant yet.

• If the order has been confirmed by the restaurant, it is too late to make adjustments, as the food is already being prepared. Any additions would need to be made in a separate order.

Can I adjust the tip I provide to my Dasher?

• Yes. At the checkout page, before selecting “Place Order,” you have the option of selecting a specific amount to tip your Dasher. 

• 100% of diner tips are given directly to the Dasher who completed your delivery. 

How can I track the status of my order?

• Order confirmation screen

• Your order’s status is displayed on the order confirmation screen. The screen will show you whether your order is being prepared by the restaurant, or out for delivery with your Dasher. 

• The confirmation screen will also show the estimated delivery time of your order. The time may change depending on restaurant preparation time or traffic along your delivery route.

• The estimated delivery time is their best estimate, but it is not a guaranteed delivery time.
