What if I receive defective products？

• All of the LED bulbs they offer are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Defective products are not returnable under the Easy Trial Program.

• Please submit defective claims via their Wrranty Request Form and someone from their Warranty Department will be in touch the following business day to help get your product replaced.

• Defective product returned via the Easy Trial Program will not be eligible for credit and the customer will be responsible for any resulting additional shipping charges to reclaim the product from EarthLED.
  

What should I know before return my product?

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All products must be returned in as-new, re-sellable condition, in original retail packaging.

• Products with damaged packaging (dented or crushed) will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. They cannot accept product with destroyed, unusable or missing packaging.
  

• Credit will not be issued for product returned without original retail packing and buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reclaim product from EarthLED.
  

Can I use a dimmable LED light bulb with a regular (non dimmable) light switch?

No, you can't.

• LED light bulbs unlike incandescent or halogen have the option to come in both dimmable and non-dimmable versions. This is because when LED light bulbs were first released, it was uncommon for them to be dimmable.

• As LED bulb internal electronics became more advanced, dimming became possible and ultimately they are at the point today where dimming is essentially a no-cost or low cost adder to most LED bulb types. Because of this, many manufacturers no longer offer a non-dimming option outside vendors who are pursing the lowest retail cost point possible.
