What is their return policy?

Merchandise must be returned unused, labelled and in its original packaging. Solid gold and diamond fine jewelry are eligible for free returns, but will not carry a prepaid return label. Please email [email protected] for assistance returning these items. Please pack your return carefully. Items damaged in transit due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund. After your return has been received and processed (usually it takes up to 20 business days from the date of shipment), you will receive an email from BaubleBar confirming your refund in the original form of payment. Please note that returned items will be refunded with tax but not shipping charges along with your returned item. It may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process a credit card chargeback.

What is their shipping policy?

They offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 and up through UPS SurePost. Shipping and handling charges apply for orders under $75. Additional charges apply for UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day, and UPS Overnight shipping as noted at checkout. Orders shipped to PO Boxes, APOs, and FPOs will ship via USPS and are not eligible for the UPS shipping method. All orders are charged at the time of purchase, including pre-sale and custom items.

What do I need to know before ordering a personalised piece?

All bespoke and personalised pieces are produced to order and ultimately sold. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they are submitted. Also, custom items cannot be returned. You will be charged when you place your order. Production times vary from 1-4 weeks; you can find an item's production time on its product page. Products are made at their discretion and they will not produce any jewelry that contains profanity.

I ordered a custom item and I am still waiting for it, when will it ship?

The production time for custom products and other personalized products is 1-4 weeks. You can check your order confirmation email or product page to see the exact production time of the item you ordered.
