When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be mailed within 1-3 days after payment is processed. Orders received after 12:30 noon (GMT+3) Sunday-Thursday will be processed on the next business day. They ship every Monday and Thursday. Free on orders under $65 per order over $65, shipping is $6, up to 4 business days. $15 on all orders. Orders received before 10am will be shipped the same day and shipped the next day. Up to 2 business days.

How to give gifts?

They love helping you surprise someone! If you want to ship to a third party, just insert a different address as the shipping address. For their beautiful gift wrap, simply select "This is a gift" in your cart. They are happy to include a card with your personal information for free.

How do returns and refunds work?

If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, please let them know and they will work with you to correct it! You can return any unused item you purchased for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please use standard registered parcel service to return items (not EMS/courier service - cheapest service that asks for a tracking or customs number). Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please include your full name, address, phone number and email address.
