I bought a DVD, can I add it to my account?

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to do this and the man-hours to do so would be enormous. If you have a DVD, you can still copy the digital files from the clips folder to your mobile devices and other computers, so you can still watch your workouts anywhere.

I bought a download 4 years ago, 10 years ago. Can it be added?

They can go back to 3 years ago because that's when they used their existing database solution and they were able to import accounts. Before that, they handled everything manually and they didn't have an account. Also note that while they're dusting off this big release, there may still be some small bugs. If you find any issues, please let them know (please be patient and wait for them to fix them). They want you to be as excited as they are! This is just the beginning, they would love to hear what you want to see at your CAFE.

Are they subscribed?

No, you can still purchase training as needed, and some courses will offer free updates between major Adobe updates. Larger releases like 2017/2018 will be a paid purchase.

What about streaming video?

They have been streaming video at academy.photoshopCAFE.com for 2 years. If you purchased their streaming training sessions, nothing has changed for you, remember this is a separate account login. They are considering adding streaming options to PhotoshopCAFE in the near future. (There is only one exciting feature coming soon).
