What gift wrap and gift box services does Aftershock offer?

Aftershock London will gift box your order providing you specifically request this option at the time of purchase by emailing them. The recipient will receive an order slip and can contact them if they require to return or exchange the item.

When will my credit card be refunded?

• Once your package has been received back to the warehouse then your return will be processed. If you have requested a refund then this will automatically be processed in the original form of payment within seven to ten working days. 

• You will be notified via e-mail to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from the warehouse.

How can I track my order?

• You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail once your order has been successfully received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once the item you ordered are dispatched. It may take a couple of days for you to receive this e-mail. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

• If you do not receive the tracking number please do not worry. You can use the contact them form on the homepage of the website or contact them link in the footer of the website to let them know and they will email the tracking number across to you.

Does Aftershock have sizing information?

Yes, the size guide can be found in the footer of the website. The sizing and cut will always vary between styles. Please use the size guide as a general guide to compare the various size scales. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the correct size, please contact them using the contact form located on the homepage of their website or contact them link in the footer of the website and they will do their best to assist.

I've seen an item I want, but it's out of stock! What can I do?

Although they make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on the website, occasionally they do sell out of certain products. You can contact them using their contact them form on the homepage or contact them link in the footer of the website with the product name and size you are looking for. You will be notified by email when the item is back in stock.

Can I make a return at Aftershock?

• Simply email [email protected] to request a returns form with your order number and return the goods to them within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange or full refund. Please note; some items are excluded from their returns policy due to hygiene reasons. 

• They are not able accept returns where the return tags have been removed or where the item has been worn. Items must be returned in the original condition with packing.

• Sale items can be exchanged or returned if an email is sent to [email protected] with the intention to return within 7 days of delivery. They do not offer exchange or returns on earrings, jewellery or rings for health and safety reasons unless items are deemed faulty or damaged.
