How long the delivery time is？

• Your order should normally reach you within 4 to 5 working days (excludes Weekends and Public Holidays) of receipt of your order, but could take up to 7 working days (excludes Weekends and Public Holidays) to reach you. 

• There may be additional processing delays over the Easter, Christmas & New Year periods. The quoted delivery time also includes the time required for processing the order. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

How much tax I will be charged?

7.25% sales tax will be charged for orders destined for California.

What do I do If an item is not in stock?

• If an item is not in stock, they will back order it for you, unless the item has Limited Availability, and therefore cannot be back-ordered. 

• You will always be emailed (if the delay is likely to exceed their normal delivery period), with the option to remove this item from your order or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

• If you wish to remove the item or cancel your order, a refund will be made to your credit card or PayPal account for the item being removed or the full value of the order if the whole order is being canceled.

Can I return?

• Any products in good condition can be returned and they’ll arrange a refund. You must contact them first if you don’t want the products anymore. They will deal with your requirement at the first time. 

• A refund will not be given if the product is broken or until they receive your return.
