How to track my order?
If you have a AirLoop.com account you can view your order's status under the "My Orders" tab of your account page. You will need your order number and contact email on hand.
You can also contact them via [email protected]. Once receiving your mail, their customer service representatives will respond within a business day.
What is the shipping policy?
They will arrange the shipment business day.
They cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipments subject to carrier performance restrictions. This includes but is not limited to; severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond their control.
In addition to transit time, there may be processing time.

What are the conditions for returns?
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.
Returns must include all accessories.
Items must include original packaging.
For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
For non-quality related warranty claims, AirLoop refunds the cost of purchasing the product itself.
Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Once the returned item arrives back in AirLoop’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. They will refund you within a week.
Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim.
It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items after this 30-day window has lapsed. For purchases not made directly through AirLoop’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.
What is the warranty claim related to quality issues?
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by AirLoop are covered by an 12-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase. As for items sold by AirLoop’s authorized resellers will be covered by resellers’ independent warranty polices.
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent.
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
