What is the refund policy of all inclusive Outlet?
All inclusive Outlet must comply with the refund policies of the respective suppliers. They are happy to represent thier clients if necessary and will do thier utmost to assist you in cases where an upgrade and/or exceptional requests are required.
Depending on the supplier's terms, the refund can be made either in the form of a future travel credit or in the form of an initial payment. The refund will never exceed the amount originally paid for each form of payment. Any cashback refunds must always be issued to the debit or credit card used for payment. The supplier issues a cheque by mail only if the cardholder's bank or credit card company refuses the refund.
The chosen room category and holiday packages are 100% non-refundable and confirmed at the time of booking. Travel protection is not available on non-refundable packages. Any modification or cancellation of these reservations will result in a total penalty and no refund will be issued to the cardholder.
What is the change/cancellation policy of All Inclusive Outlet?
All points of sale are subject to the change/cancellation policy of their respective supplier. They are happy to represent thier clients if necessary and will do thier utmost to assist you in cases where an upgrade and/or exceptional requests are required.
All modifications, changes and cancellations are subject to a $50 supplier fee, as well as all fees charged by the hotel/airline. Fees may be charged after the content of the trip has been changed after receipt of the initial deposit.
- Any modification, alteration and/or cancellation can only be processed after obtaining written permission from cardholder for the booking.
When can I get my travel documents?
Travel documents will generally be e-mailed within three days of final payment (starting with [email protected]).
Travel documents are in PDF format and contain important information regarding airport/hotel transfers, check-in details, etc., so they should be printed and carried with you during the trip.
Do I need a passport to go on the trip?
Yes, if you are traveling to the United States and beyond its territories, a valid passport is required to enter your destination. Passports are valid for 10 years for adults and 5 years for children. Please check the expiry date of your passport and make sure it meets the requirements of the destination below.
Passport must be valid upon entry: Ahama, Barbados, Bermuda, Mexico.
Passport must be valid at the time of entry and during the period of stay: Aruba, Costa Rica, Curacao, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and St. Martin.
