What payment method can I use to pay for my trip?

The offers allow you to pay in installments through their website or by talking with one of their sales agents. 

• You can make a payment via:

• Wire Transfer

• Pay in interest-free installments.
• This option is applied automatically when you select card payments or a Wire Transfer:

• You will pay 60% of your trip the day of the reservation.

• You will pay 40% of your trip 60 days before departure.

What is the booking cancellation policy?

• For new reservations, booked between March 10, 2020 and March 31, 2020; and between April 07, 2020 and January 17, 2022 the promotion “Free cancellation policy” applies.
• For reservations outside the promotional period: Exoticca will be responsible for finding a viable alternative. Otherwise, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

How to use a voucher or a discount code?

If you have received a discount code or a bonus, you have two options.

• Choose your trip through the web. During the purchase process you will see a field called Promotional Code. Enter your code in this field. Your discount will be applied to the total price of the reservation. If you have any problem, you can contact their customer service.
• You can make your reservation by phone and indicate our promotional code to their agents.

As a referrer,when do my rewards expire?

As a referrer (someone sharing a referral code) each $100 referral credit you earn will have a validity of 24 months from the moment your referred friend books a trip with us.

When and how do I receive the documentation of my trip, such as flight tickets, itinerary annd important information?

• Once your purchase is complete, you will receive your travel documentation by email: transport details, hotels, itinerary, important notes and insurance policy (if applicable).

• Also, you can always access it in the menu of My account In the event that your reservation has flights, you will receive the electronic tickets once they are issued by the airline, approximately 30 days before departure . You need to print these documents only once and present them to the supplier at the destination.
