How they define a lower available rate?

The competing rate on another website must be for the same hotel or resort, identical dates, same room category, same number of guests, in the same currency and must be available for booking on the Internet and available to the general public.

What do I do when I find a lower available rate?

Read their Terms and Conditions then submit a completed Online Claim Form or send an email to [email protected]. Evidence in the form of a full website address or screenshots must be submitted, as per stated guideline.

What is their Payment, Cancellation & No-show Policy?

• For “Pay Later” rates, all payments will be settled upon guests checking in/out at Centara Hotels & Resorts. There will be no real-time charge at time of online booking. The credit card information required is to guarantee bookings only.

• For “Pay Now” rates, your credit card information will be filled and debited on the trusted financial institution’s secure server, and they do not maintain in their server all or part of your financial information including but not limited to credit card’s name, number and expiry date.

• Booking cancellation policies and their penalty charges including terms & conditions are different and stated individually by each offer, rate, promotion, and packages throughout the website.

• No Shows or Failure to Cancel: Charge the full amount of the total cost of stay

• Shorten Stays / Early Check-Outs: Charge the full amount of the total cost of stay

• For Online Payment System, all room rates in any currency will convert into Thai Baht at their hotel’s fixed rate before settlement. The amount of charge will be charge to the customer by the currencies exchanged rate on settled date.

• They reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances contained or resulted from a mistake or error. Centara Hotels & Resorts reserves the rights to cancel or amend bookings if they do not follow their terms & conditions.

What is the process to submit the claim?

Submit your completed online claim form or send an email to [email protected] within 24hrs of booking and 72hrs before arrival at the hotel or resort. They will respond via e-mail within 72hrs during their normal business hours, (Monday–Friday, 08:30–18:30 (ICT)). If you submit you claim form outside of these hours, it will be processed the following business day.
