How Can I Modify the Name of a Passenger?

Follow these steps for help changing passenger names:

• Log in to the My Bookings page.

• On the left side menu click “Your Itinerary”.

• Scroll down until you see the section labelled “Travellers”.

• Here you will the select “Name Change Form”.

• A new page will open where you can modify each passengers name.

• In order to process your name correction with the airline, we will need a copy of the passenger’s passport or valid travel documents with full name and date of birth present.

• Select “Request a quote” and submit your name change request.

Can I Change My Flights?

Changing your flight dates, origin and destination can all be done through the My Bookings page of our website. Flight changes depend on airline policies and flight availability. Follow the steps below for help with changing your flight(s).

• Sign into your booking page by clicking “My Bookings” in the top right corner of our webpage.

• Select the Trip you want to cancel and click on "View My Booking”.

• In the Menu on the left select “Change Flight”.

• Select what portion of your flight you would like to change and select “Change This flight”.

• You will now be able to select a new origin, destination and travel date. Please remember the selection is limited by the airlines change flight policy and they can only provide flights that the airline has given them access to.

• Once you have chosen new flight options select “Search for new Flights”.

Can I Cancel My Trip?

Cancellation policies are specific to airlines and apply at all times. Some flights may be eligible for same day cancellation, while other flights may allow for cancellation options up until your travel date. For example, if you cancel a non-refundable flight, you may be eligible for Cancellation Without Refund instead.
