Can I change my reservation after placing it?
Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation, you will receive an updated email from them.
If you need additional information, they will ask you at that time, such as flight information, hotel extension, etc.
The cancellation fee will take effect after you submit your reservation.
If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, they will refund you in full without any additional charge.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Human make mistakes. This is why they take the human approach on cancellations.
If you feel you need to cancel your order, they'll work with you to get it cancelled and refunded in full.
They want you to feel confident in Tours4fun every time you decide to use them.
Will I receive a conformation for my reservation?
- Yes. Upon submission of your reservation, you will receive an e-mail booking receipt immediately.
You will receive a confirmation email from them within one or two business days after you submit your reservation. If you need any other information, they will ask you at that time, such as flight information, hotel extension, etc.
E-tickets will be emailed to you two or three days or more before your departure, providing all the details of your trip. E-ticket will include the contact information of the local travel agency for your re-confirmation.
You only need to print out the electronic ticket and present the valid ID card with the photo to the tour guide on the day of the event.
How much does it charge for the order amendament?
If any change is made to the reservation (date of departure, place of departure, itinerary, etc.) after the confirmation email has been sent, $30 will be charged for each change.
Amendment fees will apply to all bookings unless the booked group has special terms, charges and conditions listed under "Special Notes".
If the request is for an increase in the number of guests currently booked, the request must be confirmed within one to two business days at a cost of $30 per order.
All other requests for changes to existing bookings will be processed with a $30 change fee per order. (Cancellation of any reservation is subject to the Tours4Fun standard revision, cancellation and refund policy.)
All the hotels and tours have been booked in advance. No refund will be made if any person is not present on the date of departure.
