How do I return an Item at Amazon CA?
To return an item you ordered:
Go to Your Orders to display your recent orders. To return a gift, see Return a Gift.
Choose the order and select Return or Replace Items.
Select the item you want to return, and select an option from the Reason for return menu.
Choose how to process your return. If applicable, select to issue a refund or replacement.
For items sold from an Amazon seller, you'll see Submit return request. The Amazon seller reviews return requests before issuing a refund or replacement. If you don't receive a response within two business days, you can submit an A-to-z Guarantee claim. For more information, see About A-to-z Guarantee.
Can I get free shipping at Amazon CA?
Yes.
FREE Shipping-Your order arrives within five to eight days. They process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible so they can offer free shipping. If you notice that your items haven't shipped yet, don't worry. They may take a little longer than you expect to ship out your order, but they ship in time for the expected delivery date.

How to Redeem Promotional Codes?
Follow the deal instructions or go to the Terms and Conditions of the promotion.
Add an eligible item to the shopping cart.
On the select a payment method page or on the Place Your Order page of the order form, enter the promotion code in the Gift Cards and Promotional Codes section exactly as specified. Select Apply. Don't add spaces before, inside of or after the promotion code.
Proceed to check out. Verify that the promotion code was applied successfully by viewing the price on the final checkout page before placing your order. If, for some reason, you don't place an order at that time, the promotion remains on your account until it's used or expires.
How to Redeem a Gift Card?
When you redeem an Amazon.ca Gift Card or gift voucher to your account, the funds are stored in Your Account and will automatically apply to your next eligible order. To redeem a gift card:
Find the claim code.
Go to Redeem a Gift Card.
Enter your claim code and select Apply to your balance.
