How to return books?
They offer a 30-day free return policy for their workbooks. Note that writing on their workbook will disqualify them from the free return policy. Workbooks should be kept in new condition for free returns. To return a workbook or workbook, simply email [email protected] and they will generate a return label for you. Once they receive the workbook, they will process the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Can I cancel service?
ArgoPrep's K-8 subscription offers a 7-day free trial for the monthly subscription plan. After 7 days, no refunds will be given. Users can cancel their subscription during the 7-day free trial period and will not be charged any fees. All subscriptions on the ArgoPrep website are duplicates. Users can manage their subscription settings by clicking the icon in the upper right corner and clicking "Subscription Details".
ArgoPrep also offers annual and lifetime K-8 subscriptions. Both plans offer a 3-day free trial for the annual and lifetime subscription plans. After 3 days, no refund will be given. Users can cancel their subscription during the 3-day free trial without any charges. Users can manage their subscription settings by clicking the icon in the upper right corner and clicking "Subscription Details".
ArgoPrep also offers 3-month, annual and lifetime SHSAT subscriptions. All three plans offer a 1-day free trial. After 1 day, no refund will be given.
