What is the specific shipping policy?
$1.99 Standard Shipping Within 2 Business Days or Less
When you place an order for over $12.00 worth of photographic prints and/or finishing services, you pay only $1.99 for Standard Shipping with delivery within 2 business days or less anywhere in the contiguous US (dependant on carrier's workload).
Pay only $6.00 per order for Standard Shipping on orders under $12.00.
Please note, orders over $500 may incur additional shipping charges. They will contact you regarding shipping and freight options.

Albums are shipped for a flat $10.50 per album for 3-day shipping.

What if my package is damage?
They do their utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your items arrived damaged, please keep all packaging and contents and contact them with your order number for further instructions. If possible, please include a photo showing the problem on the product as well as the shipping packaging. They will do whatever we can to get a replacement out the door as soon as possible.
What's the File Size & File Preparation?
1. File Size:
They recommend that you do not resize your files for ordering. Simply send them as they are and they will resize your files as needed.
2. File Preparation:
Accepted file formats are JPG, TIFF, and PNG, but JPG is preferred.
8-bit RGB files only
Embedded color space should be either sRGB or Adobe RGB.
If you are ordering multiple print sizes from the same image, only one copy of that image is required, so long as it is a sufficiently high resolution for the largest size you wish to order.
If you have done any retouching work on the image in Photoshop, make sure that all layers are flattened before saving your final copy.
Their printers will render each image at the optimum resolution for the print size. However, this will not improve the quality of low-resolution files.
