What is your shipping policy?

Asus Online Shop supports nationwide delivery. Please check whether the outer box of the product is damaged, and if there is damage, please refuse to accept it. After the order is rejected, you can submit a refund request at the front desk for online payment, and after their company receives the returned goods, it is expected that the payment will be refunded to you within 7 working days. 

Do you offer invoice?

ASUS Mall uniformly provides formal invoices approved by tax authorities. At present, the mall issues VAT electronic ordinary invoices by default, and if necessary, special VAT invoices can be issued. The content of the invoice is the details of the goods you have purchased, the invoice amount is the actual payment amount of the goods you purchase, and the part paid by using points or coupons is not reflected in the invoice amount. The electronic invoice of the self-operated goods of ASUS Mall will be generated and issued within 72 hours after the completion of your order, and the electronic invoice download link and extraction code will be notified by SMS; Some order tickets will be shipped with the ordered goods (attached to the product box).

How long can I receive my refund?

• 1. If you apply for a refund when you do not ship, you will complete the refund within 7 working days after applying for the refund, if it is a payment method of UnionPay/bank card, from the bank end to the user's refund time, the bank rules shall prevail.

• 2. After shipment/receipt of the goods, the refund will be completed within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods and the compliance with the refund criteria. If it is a payment method for UnionPay/bank card, the refund time from the bank end to the user shall be subject to the bank rules.
