What is their return policy?

Their policy is valid for 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, they cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is defective, which they warranty for 24 months. Individual AVEOtsd can be returned within 60 days if the customer finds that the product is not effective in treating snoring. In the case of multiple pieces (including double packs), only one used (opened) AVEOtsd will be refunded. The additional AVEOtsd must be unused and unopened in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. If a parts order is eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be prorated by dividing the order by the total number of units shipped.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, they will send you an email notifying you that they have received your returned items. They will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. 

What is the AVEOtsd and how does it work?

The AVEOtsd (TSD stands for tongue stabilization device) was developed by Dr. Chris Robertson, a New Zealand dental sleep medicine specialist, during 15 years of clinical research in the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. It attaches to the tongue and works by gently pulling the tongue forward, stopping it from falling backwards and blocking the airway. By improving breathing, it greatly reduces snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.
