What is Ayamaya Return Policy? 

• They accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• To start a return, you can contact Ayamaya at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, they will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Ayamaya without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Ayamaya immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that Ayamaya can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 14 days refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

• If due to thier reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
