How do I keep track of my orders?

Can I cancel my orders at Baitme?

Can I make a return at Baitme?

In order to qualify for a return, goods must be postmarked and shipped to their fulfilment Centre within 14 days of the date of delivery of your goods for a refund. 

What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Baitme?

• Items marked as final sale; This usually includes all of their collaborations and the most special releases. Give away free gifts or promotional items with retail value. Receive returns in case of damage/wear. The United States received the return 30 days after the original delivery date. International returns received 45 days after the original delivery date.

• Hair accessories, hats, earrings, underwear and tights cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Original freight, unless they have a shipping error in case. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-refundable.

How long can I get my orders at Baitme?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the date your order is received for payment. Orders placed before 2 p.m. PST and UPS overnight usually ship on the same day. • As long as the item is unworn and in its original packaging, you can return the item to them without making a return request on the website. Please note that all items purchased at BAITme.com must be mailed back to their warehouse; they cannot accept any online orders returned to their store.

• Place your items (in unworn condition, labeled, and stored in their original packaging) in securely sealed shipping packages; Please be sure to fill two boxes. Please indicate your order number and reason for return on a piece of paper inside the package. If you cannot find your order number, please contact them.
