How can I cancel my order?

• To cancel your order, correct the address or make any alteration to the occasion or greeting card, please call their Customer Care Team directly at 888-987-9474 or email at [email protected]. 

• Alteration requests must be received no later than 12pm Eastern Time (11:00 am EST Personalized/Theme cakes) on the date of shipment (i.e., before the gift physically ships out). 

• Once an order has shipped or the cut off time has passed, the order may not be cancelled or altered. 

• Once the alteration has been made to an order you will receive an updated order confirmation. Emailed requests will receive an emailed confirmation of the change.

How long it take for my gifts to be delivered?

• Residential deliveries are guaranteed to arrive by end of day, up to 9pm local time (though most deliveries do occur before then). 

• Gifts shipping to businesses are guaranteed to arrive by 5pm local time (please note, the shipping address must include name of business, as well as a suite/floor number where applicable). 

How can I track my package?

• The evening that your package ships out you will be emailed a UPS tracking number around 6:00 PM EST.

• You can also track your gift and view the details of your past and present orders, by viewing your account on their website.

• Log into your account by using your email address and password on their website. Once logged in, click on 'MY ACCOUNT', 'VIEW MY ORDERS'. Click on 'TRACK' to view your gifts location through UPS.

• If your item has been issued a tracking number, it will appear under the shipping info. (tracking numbers are typically issued by 6pm EST the evening your order ships out, typically 1-2 days before the scheduled delivery date.) 

• You can click where it says 'TRACK' under the UPS tracking number, and you will be taken to the detailed UPS tracking information.

Do they offer free shipping?

• When they offer free shipping or promotional discounts you will be the first to know as you will receive notice of the offer via email from bakemeawish.com. 

• They typically also have the offer prominently displayed on their website. 

• Sadly, there are many deceptive businesses online that entice customers to their coupon sites by stating offers of free shipping and discounts.
