Where does Belstaff deliver?

• From their ROW site, they deliver to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait and the UNITED ARAB EMIRATES only. 
  

• If you would like to send an item to any other location, please use their dedicated UK, US, DE or EU websites.
  

How long does it take to process my returns?

• Once they’ve received your items, please allow their fulfilment centre 5 working days to process your return and issue a refund. 
  

• Please note that after processing at their warehouse, refunds can take up to 5-10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or original method of payment.
  

• The duration between when an order is collected and when it is received in their warehouse can vary significantly, depending on your location. 
  

• For this reason, they ask that you contact them only if the tracking status of their return does not show as delivered after 21 working days.
  

• During busy times returns may take longer than stated, tehy apologize for this and will do their best to process your return as quickly as possible.
  

Can I make an exchange to my order?

• Sorry. They do not currently offer the option to exchange products purchased online. 
  

• If your item is unsuitable, please follow their complimentary Returns process to allow for your item(s) to be refunded, and place a new order for your desired size. 
  

• The Customer Service team is at hand if you need advice on size and fit or to place a new order.
  

How does the delivery work?

• They aim to deliver all orders in line with the delivery times above. Estimated delivery times are also dependant on the order being reviewed and accepted by your payment provider, and the availability of items included in your order. 
  

• Please ensure your selected delivery address is correct as they are unable to amend this once your order has been placed. They are also unable to deliver to Freight Forwarding or PO Box addresses. 
  

• Please kindly note that your order may be delivered in multiple shipments. You will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking numbers for each shipment.
  

What is the return policy?

• They hope that you are happy with your recent order but if your purchase isn’t suitable, you have 30 days to return your order, free of charge, from the day it’s shipped. 
  

• Please ensure your items are returned along with the original packaging and tags attached. Products that have been worn, used or altered will not be accepted. They are also unable to accept returns for any customised or made-to-order products.
  

• Please get in touch with their Customer Service team if your item is faulty before proceeding with your return.
