How to enroll in a payment plan?

• When you receive your invoice, there will be a link to their partner (SplitIt) to create a payment plan. 
  

• If you missed it, just email them at: [email protected] and they can forward you a new link. Payment plans include a $9 convenience fee on top of the total invoice amount for the negotiation. 
  

• Please note that at this time, debit cards are not supported in setting up payment plans.
  

Do they guarantee satisfaction?

• Yes. Their customers know: you don't mess with a Shark. Billshark not only takes a bite out of your bills, their Sharks act as enforcers by keeping an eye on slippery tactics from the big guys.
  

• If a service provider goes back on their promised savings from a Billshark negotiation, they'll sink their teeth into them and get you the deal they  negotiated from the start. 
  

• If they can't fix it, they will refund your savings fee in full. That's the Billshark promise.
  

Can I cancel my subscription?

• Sure. Billshark attempts to get a credit or refund when they request the cancellation. 
  

• It takes just a few minutes to submit your request and a few days for them to cancel your account. Once you've submitted your request, Billshark will contact the provider to get your account cancelled!
  

• Generally, Providers process refunds or credits within 5-14 business days but sometimes as long as a full billing cycle.
  

How much does it cost?

• Billshark’s fees are a simple 40% percent of your total savings, capped at 2 years. 
  

• If Billshark reduces your bill by $15 per month for 12 months, they've saved you $180. The Billshark fee will be just $72. 
  

• You’ll receive an invoice a few days after Billshark completes your negotiation. Installment payment plans are available
