How does the promotion work?

Promotion is not applicable to any other offer and is non-transferable. Promotion is limited to the first manageable account associated with blooom. Multiple promotions are not allowed and promotions cannot be combined with any other offer.

Can I get a refund?

They do not currently offer the option to suspend service. You can choose to cancel service or stop auto-renewal of your account. Depending on your remaining subscription timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. You will see the refund amount before completing the cancellation process. You can also choose to stop auto-renewal to complete your current subscription period.

How does refer a friend work?

To be eligible for the program, you must agree to the terms of the program through your account prior to referral. In addition, the individuals you refer must use the personal referral link you get when you sign up at blooom.com/refer-a-friend for a free analysis of their eligible retirement plans. The account must have a balance of at least $15 at the time of referral to be eligible. You will not be eligible for the program for any individual who does not use the refer-a-friend link provided through the program. Once your referral payments total $600 in any calendar year, you are no longer eligible for the program. While you won't be eligible for additional referrals under the program, they welcome new clients if you want to introduce them to your friends and colleagues.

How do their pricing work?

As always, their analysis is free. After the analysis, you have the opportunity to let blooom optimize your account based on recommendations. They charge a flat annual fee for optimization and monitoring services. Bloom will never make money from the funds in your account. Their flat fee pricing is simple.
