How to make a return?

• Please email them at [email protected] (subject line: RMA) to request a Return Authorization Number within 14 days of the delivery date. Please specify which product you are interested in returning, and the reason for this return. 

• If you are located in USA, Canda, or Europe, you'll be returning your parcel to their returns center in Santa Monica, California.

• If you are located in Australia or New Zealand, you'll be returning your parcel to their returns center in Sydney, NSW. 

Should I pay the taxes?

• Please note that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.

• Bonito does not have any control over these fees and they cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that they're not able to reimburse you for taxes paid upon delivery.

• Should you decide to deny the shipment due to duties and other fees, the package will be returned back to them and you will be refunded for the order after deducting the return shipping fee.

Can my parcel be redirected? 

They are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.

What should I do if I have problems in my delivery address?

If DHL, USPS, FedEx, or any other shipping carrier's tracking shows they attempted delivery, you must first call the carrier and provide either another secure address, or inform them that you will pick up the parcel at the closest post office to your delivery address. 

Does Bonito Jewelry offer warranty?

• Your jewelry purchased via www.bonitojewelry.com will be under manufacturing warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you experience manufacturing problems with your jewelry, please reach out to them at [email protected].

• Each case will be analyzed thoroughly by the Bonito team. If Bonito Jewelry is responsible because of a manufacturing issue, they will repair it for you, free of charge. The shipping costs associated with sending the original product to them are covered by the customer.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Inspection of returns usually take 7-10 business days of the day they receive the parcel, but it might take longer during busy periods. Please email their team at [email protected] if you would like to follow up on the status of your return. 

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
