Do they offer free return?

You must contact them for pre-authorization before returning any items. All orders are made by the purchaser and a 12.5% restocking fee will apply to wrong orders or wrongly ordered items. Shipping charges for both such returns will be paid by Boogie Brew as directed. All returned items must be in reasonable and saleable condition with all stickers/tags removed. Return claims need to be submitted within 10 business days of receipt. Please keep all boxes/materials and inspect them thoroughly after receiving your order. They reserve the right to reject late claims or claims that the original packaging is excessively damaged. All approved returns and claims will result in a refund to your credit/debit card or your PayPal account, (no cash refunds). Payments to your account will reflect any volume prices or other discounts that apply to your order.

How do they ship my package?

All shipments are USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground from Rohnert Park, CA. All shipments are FOB Rohnert Park. All goods are freight collect. Please inform them of any special delivery needs when placing the order so they can notify the shipping agent. Always check for any damage before signing. If you need an item urgently, you can use a UPS Air/Fed Ex shipment. The fee will be charged to your account.
