What should I do if there is a payment error?
If you are experiencing error messages when making a payment, please make sure you've entered all of your card information correctly. If you continue to receive the payment error message, you will need to contact your bank or card issuer.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Your order can be canceled/changed if you contact their customer service before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping information email. In this case, you may simply return any unwanted items by following their return instructions.
Can I have my order redirected to a different address? (shipped)
Please note that once your order has been shipped and in transit, they will not be able to update the shipping address. If the original address is a valid address, the package will be delivered there. You can contact the local post, FedEx or UPS when it arrives there, to see if they are still able to forward the package or redirect it for you. If the original address is invalid, your package will not be successfully delivered and returned to their warehouse. You can contact their customer service with the order number. They'll be more than happy to help!
Where should I send my returns?
Once you submit your request for return, they will send you the return address. Please ONLY ship it to the return address that they provide, and not to the address on your original package or your return will not be received.

The bulky items(such as the solar panel, refrigerator, power station and roof rack) can ship to Continental U.S. only but other items can ship to other locations.
