How do I subscribe?

If you purchase a seasonal or annual subscription, the credit card or PayPal account you provided when purchasing the subscription will be charged in the first box of the day you subscribe. You will be billed on the 15th day of each month, every quarter (or every 4 quarters, in relation to an annual subscription) until you cancel your subscription. If your credit card information changes, they may automatically update your credit card information using the account update process.

How do I unsubscribe?

You can cancel your seasonal subscription at any time. To cancel a seasonal or annual subscription before your next box is billed, the cancellation must be processed at least one business day before your next billing date. Gift subscriptions cannot be cancelled. All gift subscriptions will automatically expire after the time of purchase. You will not be charged for future months or receive future month boxes after the last box has been sent.

How soon can I receive my goods?

BREO BOX ships to addresses located in the U.S. and internationally via third-party carriers. Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) after successful payment, except for pre-orders and renewals. Delivery times for international orders vary by location, but generally arrive within 8-21 business days of dispatch. Shipping outside the continental U.S. will be charged as follows. For non-consecutive U.S. subscription box orders, the fee is $25 per box. For Canada, subscription box orders are $35 per box.

Can I return the item?

They do not accept returns or exchanges. They do not refund. They want you to enjoy every BREO BOX you buy, but sometimes, the product may not meet your expectations. However, your feedback on the products you have received, whether you like them or hate them, is greatly appreciated.
