Can I make a return at Brondell?

• Due to the hygienic nature of these products, brondell can only accept customers to return unopened, unused and resolvable luxury bidet seats, lumawarm toilet seats and bidet products.

• Customers returning to brondell will incur a 10% restocking and handling fee to offset their transportation, handling, warehousing and repacking costs. Products that have been used or are in an unsalable state will be charged extra fees or returned without credit. Any return must be initiated by the customer within 30 days after the purchase date.

How long can I get my orders at Brondell?

• Most U.S. orders will be shipped from their IL or Ca warehouses via Fedex or USPS. In view of the current shelter orders, processing may take longer, and they thank you in advance for your patience. After the order is processed, the standard delivery will take 5-12 working days. Please note that processing may take 1-4 working days, depending on the time you place the order. After the product is shipped, they will directly provide you with tracking information.

• The return request must be made through brondell Com submission. This offer is only applicable to orders sent to addresses in the United States or Canada.
