How does the free trial work?
- Their 7 night free trial lets you sleep with their products before you commit to buying—like a test drive for your bed!
- To make sure your payment method is valid and can be charged once the trial period is over, a temporary hold will be placed on your card, which may appear as “pending” or “processing.”
- If you choose to return your order within their 7 night trial, they'll void the hold on your card and the funds will be released back into your bank account or credit card.
Can I return a gift card or use a discount or promo?
- Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. You cannot use discounts or promo codes to purchase a gift card.
- You can use discounts and promo codes to purchase Buffy products with a gift card (just as you would with any credit or debit card).
How can I update or cancel my order?
- They always do their best to accommodate order cancel requests or changes within 1 hour of your purchase, during their regular business hours; Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm ET.

- Please note that to ensure their customers receive their orders as soon as possible, their fulfillment center processes orders quickly, which leaves a short window to cancel or change an order, but they’ll do their best to try and help!
