What is their return policy?
To return, please provide the order number, the name on the order, the misspelled name you received (misname), and a picture of the item you received. Products that are remade due to the wrong color will be remade in the same color as ordered, with no color change. All inquiries regarding order issues must be submitted by the original purchaser. For remakes of their erroneous orders, they are usually re-shipped within 4 business days (excluding high season). If the item is returned to them for inspection, they reserve the right to repair or remake it. 30 days after delivery, they can remake their errant order. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
What is their shipping policy?
They are proud to create all of their butterscotch products in the United States. All of their pieces are designed by JODIE in South Florida and made in New Jersey. Customers need to buy products above $125 and enjoy free shipping.
Can I change my order after submitting?
Once you click Submit Order, your order will be sent directly to the production environment, so no changes can be made. All orders are final. Their system does not store your credit card information. Therefore, they cannot add/remove existing orders (including gift wrap and gift information). After placing the order, their system does not allow them to change the selected design. If you notify them after placing your order that you have entered the wrong name or initials and production has already started, an Up Charge will be charged to make the necessary changes based on materials and design time.
What if the item is damaged or stuck after I receive it?
As with any good quality knitwear, they cannot guarantee that their knitwear will not have yarn snagging/drawing after delivery, or pilling due to not being washed separately, nor can they guarantee that their items will not be stuck to items Fluff, such as Velcro on bibs, diaper labels, car seat belts, etc.
