You may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. They'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of their error: you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item. A refund is not guaranteed if the item appears to be used or is damaged upon receipt of return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping the return back to CG. This accounts for the time it takes for CG to receive your returned items, 5-10 days as well as the time it takes to process your return, 3-5 days, and the standard bank time to process refund request to your bank.
