What payment methods are supported？

Delta Carbona, LP accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. no surcharge will be applied to your order when you shop at Carbona.com. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

What is their return policy?

Please note: Only unopened, unused products are eligible for a refund or credit. Boxes must be in good condition and all original products (unopened/unused) are eligible for a refund. Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt and packing slip. Please follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip in order to receive the proper credit for your return. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for boxed items or boxes. To ensure timely delivery, they recommend that you send your return via UPS or Parcel Post. Your refund will be processed based on the original method of payment (minus shipping/handling). It is the consumer's responsibility to pay shipping costs when returning products.

What is their shipping policy?

They only ship to the United States. They do not ship products internationally. My order was lost in transit?

If it is confirmed that your order was lost in transit or returned by UPS due to shipping damage and you have received notification from UPS that they will file a claim, they will be happy to replace the product.
