What's the return policy?

• All full-priced items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of receiving your parcel. In order to be credited, the item must meet the following conditions: 

• must be received within 28 days of receiving your order

• must be new and unworn with all original swing tags attached 

• They will inspect all return items upon receipt-any returns which fail to comply with the above will be not credited or may incur a 15% Restocking Fee.

• The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.

• As soon as they receive the return back, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment (credit card, paypal, etc) in 7-10 business days.

• For exchanges of clearance items a shipping fee of $9.99 apply. 

Are shoes true to size?

• Yes, shoes run true to size and therefore you should order your normal size. Size 5 corresponds to European Size 35, Size 6 corresponds to European 36 and so on. They don't offer half sizes.

• If you are between sizes, size up is recommended. For example if you are size 6.5 you should pick size 7.
