What about transfers before exams?
Transfer fees will apply to test rotations. To transfer money, you need to log into your CELPIP account
Under upcoming Tests, click Action, and click Transfer to Another Seat. You will then be able to move the test to another date, time, or location.
Follow all the steps prompted to complete the transfer.
If you are unable to participate in the test session, you can move to another test session in your CELPIP account for the same type of test that the original test session applied.
If Paragon receives your transfer request at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the test session date, and Paragon approves your transfer request, you will be charged a transfer fee of $50.00 plus applicable taxes.
If Paragon receives your transfer request less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the test date, please contact Paragon customer service at 778-327-6854 or [email protected]. Paragon may, in its sole discretion, require you to provide appropriate documentation (such as a doctor's certificate or bereavement certificate) to support your transfer request, confirming the reason for the transfer request in a form and content satisfactory to Paragon.
Paragon will, at its sole discretion, approve or reject your request to transfer your examination registration.
What is the retest policy?
You can register no more than one test session within four (4) calendar days. Test session registration that violates this rule may be cancelled by Paragon. The CELPIP office recommends that you undertake additional studies before retaking the exam.
