What is Return and Refund Policy of CE showroom?

• Unwanted Returns

Unwanted product returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) provided by CE Showroom. Merchandise must be in the unused condition only and original packaging.

• Refused Delivery

Returns falling under this category will be treated as “Unwanted Returns". In these cases, a refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.

• Defective Items

A customer must return merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) provided by CE Showroom. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA, a refund will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse and inspected.

When will my order be delivered?
Most orders received before 1:00PM PST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. CE Showroom has dozens of warehouses located from coast to coast. Shipping times vary depending on which warehouse that has stock of items ordered. They cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by CE Showroom or other parties only as an estimate. They encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Can I have to pay taxes and duties?
When ordering from CE Showroom, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
