What is Return policy of Cettire?
If you don't satisfy with your orders, you can return the items new, unused and with all original designer garment tags attached within 14 days from the date the parcel is receiced using the label provided by them. For orders placed after 23 February 2021, returns are free. Should you wish to return your product, all taxes and duties will be refunded and no return fee will be incurred. However, any original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded. And they will refund you to your original payment method.

Which countries does Cettire ship to?
Currently, they ship within Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and various countries within the European Union. Orders are expected to reach customers 3-7 business days after confirmation.

Can I track my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel. If you are registered with them, you can check the status by signing in and selecting your order under “Order History”. Alternatively, you can insert the tracking number supplied into DHL’s website. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with them.  Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact them should you not receive it. If you contact them after this 30 day period, they cannot guarantee your refund.

Are duties and taxes included in my order? If I initiate a return, can they be refunded?

• Duties and taxes are included in your order and you will not be required to make any additional payments to the courier upon importation(with a few countries as exceptions). Any applicable duties and taxes are specified in the checkout. In the event the product is returned duties and taxes will be refunded.
• For customers located in Argentina, Colombia and Peru, your orders will be shipped DDU and you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when you receive the orders in your country. In the event, the order is returned, these charges will not be refundable. If your order is shipped DDU they will always send you an additional notification.

How long does the delivery take?
Delivery is expected to be within 3-7 business days. Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative only. Cettire cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, payment approval and other such matters.
