How are orders shipped?

• Orders are packed in an insulated cooler box or with an insulated liner. They add a combination of dry ice and gel packs according to how long the package will be in transit.

• The FedEx rates charged are what they are charged themselves,  they do not look to profit on shipping.

Where is the sausage produced?

All products are produced and shipped out of their own facility in North Denver.

Where do their meats come from and how are they raised ?

• They believe in, and proudly support regenerative agriculture in the USA. All of their meats are born and raised in the USA on sustainable family farms. 

• The only exceptions are bison occasionally come from Canada and Elk can come out of New Zealand. 

What kind of casings do they use?

The majority of their  products are either in pork casings or do not have a casing at all. (Skinless)  If there is no casing in the product ingredient list, the product contains no casing at all. A few of their European items are in sheep or fibrous casings. (Cellulose)

Once I receive the product, how long will it last?

Orders will arrive frozen or partially defrosted. They should arrive cold to the touch. Their products can be re-frozen or remain in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks and in the freezer for up to 9 months. Once the package is open, please re-seal in a Ziploc bag and consume within 4-5 days.

Once I palce an order, when will it ship out?

Most orders ship out on Monday or Tuesday. This allows ample time for FedEx/UPS to deliver your order by the end of the week. Due to the perishable nature of their products, we cannot ship orders over the weekend.

How are the shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges include the FedEx/UPS charge and a small shipping and handling charge to cover the cost of the insulated cooler box, dry ice and/or gel packs. They do not up-charge for shipping.

What if I want to send this order as a gift?

Please indicate that you prefer to send this order as a gift during checkout. They will charge your credit card and send only the gift card and packing list to the recipient.

Do they offer a facility pickup option?

Yes. Please indicate this during checkout. They will notify you when it is ready for pickup. Please read more information about their free local pickup and do not hesitate to contact them for additional information.
