Can I get Free shipping at The Children's Place?

Of course. 

• They offer Free standard shipping. Orders placed using Standard Service will be delivered within 10 business days from the date you place your order, pending credit authorization and address verification. 

• USPS- $10. Orders placed using USPS will be delivered within 15 business days from the date you place your order, pending credit authorization and address verification. Note: USPS is only available on orders shipping to U.S. Territories, Military addresses and some rural areas. Orders shipping to a PO Box address in AK, HI or PR will also ship USPS.

• Express Service - $15. Express Service orders placed before 11am ET Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays) will usually ship the same day. Otherwise, they will ship the next business day (business days are Monday through Friday excluding Holidays). Express Service orders placed on Friday after 11am ET will ship on Monday.

What are The Children's Place Returns & Exchanges Policy?

• They will accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with the printed receipt, digital receipt or gift receipt and price tags attached, within 45 days of the purchase date.

• Returns will not be accepted without the receipt, or if otherwise noted on the tag, online or the receipt. All returns are subject to verification of original sale, and they reserve the right to limit returns.

• NOTICE: In an effort to reduce packaging waste, they are eliminating paper packing slips from online orders. If you need a receipt or gift receipt for your order, you can find it 2 ways! Visit the Order Details section of the order and click the Receipts button, or you can click the Track Order link at the top of the site and input your order information.

• A valid email address (Program communications, offers and rewards will be sent via email; therefore a valid email address is needed for membership.).

• Your ZIP/postal code and phone number (They use your phone number to look up your account if you do not have your membership number during in-store checkout.).
