I forgot to “Check-In” to earn my Points at the register, how can I get credit for my purchase?
Click or tap the main menu (three horizontal lines in the top right hand corner of the screen) and select "Add Points."
Enter your receipt information, and you will see your points balance change within 24-48 hours.
You can only claim points twice per month, so be careful not to forget your phone too often. They encourage you to use the App and scan your code to earn points for each purchase.
How do I check the balance on my The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf gift card?
If your Gift Card begins with 6006, you can vis their website to check your balance. Additionally, you can call them, and select option 1. You will be prompted to enter your card number and card pin number (if applicable).
If your Gift Card begins with 6392, contact them by submitting your information to their Guest Relations Team and a Team Member will be in contact with you.
What should I do if I received a damaged item?
Oh no! They strive to ensure the complete satisfaction of their customers. If you have received a damaged item, please compile the documentation specified below and reach out to their Guest Relations team.

How can I add my discount code to my order?

Tap or click “View & Add Promo Code” then “Apply Promo Code.”
Enter your code, select “Apply Now,” and enjoy your well-deserved discount!
